Miss 7x7™ was born from founder Cecilia Romero’s belief that great events begin with genuine connection. After years of producing events across the United States, she took a step back to reflect on what inspired her most — discovering San Francisco’s hidden gems, the people and communities that make it vibrant, and the joy of sharing those experiences with others.
That spirit became the foundation for Miss 7x7™, named in honor of San Francisco’s seven-by-seven miles — a reminder that inspiration can come from every corner of the city. As a city built on deep history, Miss 7x7™ recognizes that it was founded on the unceded ancestral homeland of the Ramaytush Ohlone peoples — the original inhabitants of the San Francisco Peninsula — and welcomes the diverse communities who continue to shape it.
What began as a love letter to San Francisco has grown into a way of bringing people together through experiences that feel effortless, genuine, and uniquely theirs.
