Miss 7x7 was born from founder Cecilia Romero’s belief that great events begin with genuine connection. After years of producing events across the United States, she took a step back to reflect on what inspired her most — discovering San Francisco’s hidden gems, the people and communities that make it vibrant, and the joy of sharing those experiences with others.
That spirit became the foundation for Miss 7x7, named in honor of San Francisco’s seven-by-seven miles — a reminder that inspiration can come from every corner of the city. As a city built on deep history, Miss 7x7 recognizes that it was founded on the unceded ancestral homeland of the Ramaytush Ohlone peoples — the original inhabitants of the San Francisco Peninsula — and welcomes the diverse communities who continue to shape it.
What began as a love letter to San Francisco has grown into a way of bringing people together through experiences that feel effortless, genuine, and uniquely theirs.
